Refund Policy for FIDIC Mastery

 

At FIDIC Mastery, we strive to deliver the highest quality learning experience through our courses. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds of our courses priced at INR 3500.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you face technical issues that prevent access to the course content and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
  • Duplicate Payment: In case of accidental duplicate payment for the same course, we will refund the duplicate amount.
  • Course Non-Delivery: If the course content is not delivered or available due to errors on our end.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • If the course has been accessed or completed in part or full.
  • If you have changed your mind about enrolling in the course after purchase.
  • If the refund request is made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
  • Failure to complete the course due to personal reasons, including lack of time or motivation.

    • Email Address used for purchase
    • Date of Purchase
    • Reason for Refund Request

Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Approval and Processing

  • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Any transaction fees incurred during the purchase may not be refundable.

5. Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds

In rare cases, we may consider exceptions at our sole discretion. If you believe your circumstances are unique, please provide detailed information in your refund request email.
